These Terms govern your access to and use of the TillerHQ platform provided by Rule Five Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]). By using TillerHQ you agree to these Terms.

The service

TillerHQ is an agentic bookkeeping platform. Automated agents perform routine bookkeeping work; a human remains responsible for reviewing and approving outputs. TillerHQ is a software tool and does not itself provide tax, accounting, audit, financial or legal advice.

Plans, fees and GST

Direct (business) plans are billed monthly. Advertised direct prices are inclusive of GST where stated.
Firm plans are billed per the applicable rate card; firm prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD). Pricing shown in the estimator is indicative and not an offer.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you connect or upload and for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them.
You must have authority to connect any ledger (e.g. Xero) and to provide the data you supply.
You must keep your account credentials secure and comply with applicable laws.

Ledger source of truth

Connected ledgers remain the source of truth. TillerHQ will not write changes back to a connected ledger without a recorded approval.

Reviewed plans and registered agents

Where a plan includes review and sign-off by a registered BAS agent at a partner firm, that review is provided by the relevant registered agent. TillerHQ facilitates the workflow and is not itself the registered agent unless expressly stated.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in [liability clause].

Termination

You may cancel in accordance with your plan. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment, subject to any applicable grace period.
